4. Pricing & Payment

• For specialized, hazardous, oversized, or non-standard shipments, FRL may require advance payment or specific payment methods.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information, including cargo details, value, dimensions, and handling requirements.

• Ensure goods are properly packed, labeled, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

• Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for transportation, storage, or customs clearance.

FRL shall not be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Liability & Insurance

• FRL takes reasonable care in handling, storing, and transporting goods; however, liability is limited as per applicable laws and service agreements.

• FRL is not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses.

• Clients are strongly advised to arrange adequate insurance coverage for their goods during transit and storage.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

FRL shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, customs delays, or third-party service disruptions.
